How BlessFlow collects, uses, and protects your information when you inquire about a ceremony, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a session.
When you submit an inquiry about a blessing, prayer, or ceremony, we collect the fields you provide in the form: your name, the ceremony type, your preferred date, the venue or setting, any notes you'd like the giver to know in advance, and your email address so we can confirm the match and send booking details.
When you subscribe to our newsletter (from the home page, a giver profile, or a blog post), we collect your email address, the source of the signup (so we know which page prompted it), and the UTM parameters from the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) when present. These help us understand which channels bring spiritual seekers to BlessFlow.
We also set a small anonymous session cookie (bf_sid) when you load any page on the site. It is used to attribute analytics events (page views, signup interactions) to a single visit and expires after 24 hours.
The information you share in the inquiry form is used to match you with a verified BlessFlow giver who is the right fit for your tradition, language, ceremony type, and timing. We use your email address to send you inquiry follow-ups, confirm matched givers, and (once you confirm a booking) share session logistics.
The newsletter email and source tag are used to send you the welcome email, occasional spiritual insights, and seasonal ritual posts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
BlessFlow does not currently collect payment information on this website. The inquiry form and the browse-givers experience are free. When you confirm a booking with a giver, payments are processed at that stage through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles card entry, tokenization, and settlement directly. Stripe receives only what is required to process your charge (your payment method and the booking amount).
BlessFlow uses a single first-party cookie, bf_sid, which is set automatically when you load any page and expires after 24 hours. It holds an anonymous session identifier used to attribute page views and form interactions to a single visit. We do not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any cookies used to profile you across the web.
If you submit an inquiry, we share the inquiry details (ceremony, date, venue, notes — but not your email address) with the verified giver you are matched with, so they can prepare for the session and confirm timing with you. Your email address is shared with the matched giver only after you confirm the match.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is synced to our Mailchimp account so we can send you the welcome email and future updates. The signup source is stored as a tag on your Mailchimp contact (for example, source:homepage or source:blog) so we can measure which pages drive the most interest.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Inquiry records and newsletter subscriptions are kept for as long as your account or inquiry is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support questions, follow-ups, and reporting. If you'd like us to delete your inquiry or newsletter record, email us at blessflow@polsia.app and we will remove your records within 30 days.
BlessFlow is operated by Polsia. For any privacy question, deletion request, or data access request, contact us at blessflow@polsia.app. We respond to privacy-related inquiries within 7 business days.
