The terms for using BlessFlow — covering the marketplace nature of the platform, your obligations as a user, bookings and refunds, and our liability.
By browsing BlessFlow.com, sending an inquiry about a ceremony or blessing, subscribing to our newsletter, or booking a session with a giver, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
BlessFlow is a neutral marketplace that helps people find and book verified spiritual practitioners (givers) for life's most meaningful ceremonies — weddings, naming ceremonies, housewarmings, blessings, prayers, and rituals across Hindu, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Sikh, and secular traditions. We verify every practitioner on our platform, match you with someone who fits your tradition and timing, and handle the scheduling, payment, and video infrastructure between you and the giver.
Givers on BlessFlow are independent practitioners. They are not employees, contractors, or representatives of BlessFlow or Polsia. Each giver sets their own pricing, style, and ceremony details, and is responsible for the content of their profile, the quality of their service, and the spiritual guidance they offer.
When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate information about your ceremony (name, ceremony type, date, venue, and notes) so we can match you with an appropriate giver. You agree not to use BlessFlow for any unlawful purpose, not to impersonate another person, and not to use the inquiry form, booking flow, or any giver's profile to spam, harass, or solicit services outside the BlessFlow marketplace.
You also agree not to resell, white-label, or commercially repackage sessions booked through BlessFlow without written permission from the giver and from BlessFlow.
Once we propose a matched giver and you confirm the match, you complete payment through Stripe and receive a booking confirmation with the session time and a private video link. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us at blessflow@polsia.app as soon as possible — our team will work with the giver to find a new time that works for both of you.
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case and depends on how far in advance you cancel and the giver's stated policy. For most cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund is available; within 48 hours, the giver's cancellation policy and any third-party payment processor fees apply. We share the specific refund outcome in our reply to your cancellation request.
BlessFlow does not currently collect payment information on this website. The inquiry form, the browse-givers experience, and the homepage newsletter signup are all free. When you confirm a booking, payment is processed at that stage via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By booking a session, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service for the payment step. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles card entry, tokenization, and settlement.
The BlessFlow name, logo, site design, page copy, blog posts, and the og-image.png social card are owned by BlessFlow and Polsia. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish site content without written permission. Giver profiles, bios, and uploaded images remain the property of the giver, who has granted BlessFlow a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform.
Every practitioner on BlessFlow represents a genuine spiritual tradition and offers their blessings, prayers, and rituals in good faith. However, the spiritual outcomes of a session — a sense of peace, healing, blessing, or any other personal result — depend on many factors outside our or the giver's control. BlessFlow and our givers make no guarantees about specific spiritual, emotional, medical, or life outcomes from any session.
BlessFlow provides the marketplace platform "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that givers will be available at the exact date and time you request, that a session will produce any specific outcome, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlessFlow and Polsia are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or any session booked through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid BlessFlow (if any) for the specific booking at issue.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polsia operates. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
