Common Questions
Everything you need to know
Is a virtual blessing as authentic as in-person? ▼
Yes. Every practitioner on BlessFlow is verified for knowledge of their tradition's texts, rituals, and language. Distance doesn't diminish sincerity — many Hindu pandits, Islamic scholars, and Christian pastors have conducted long-distance prayers and rituals for centuries. What matters is the knowledge, intention, and authenticity of the practitioner. All of that travels over video.
What technology do I need? ▼
Just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. Sessions happen over standard video call — no special apps required. We'll send you a direct link with your confirmation.
How are practitioners verified? ▼
Every giver on BlessFlow goes through identity verification and a review of their credentials and tradition background. We check for knowledge of religious texts, ritual accuracy, and regional practice. Practitioners who don't meet our standards are not listed — there are no shortcuts here.
What if I want a specific ritual or prayer? ▼
You can specify your needs when booking. Each practitioner's profile lists their specializations — Satyanarayan puja, Ruqyah, intercessory prayer, healing meditation, and many more. You can also message a practitioner directly before booking to confirm they can perform your specific request.
What is your refund policy? ▼
If a practitioner cancels or doesn't show, you receive a full refund automatically. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. We stand behind every session on our platform.
Can I book for someone else (a gift)? ▼
Yes. Many people book sessions as gifts for family members — especially parents, grandparents, or loved ones going through a difficult time. Simply book for the date and time that works for them and share the session link.
Are sessions private and confidential? ▼
Completely. Sessions are one-on-one between you and your practitioner. BlessFlow does not record sessions. What you share in your session stays between you and your guide.
